Not only did we romp on the island it was also the Seafood Festival weekend so there was plenty to do. The monarch's were still migrating and if you sat still by the pool long enough would actually land on you. The general consensus was that they liked the toes and fingers with the brightest pink nail polish. It's a breathtaking moment to have a butterfly light on the tips of your fingers. You can't even call attention to it's rest without fear you will cause it to take flight. I actually held them on my fingertips twice and the tips of my toes once. Sitting beachside, listening to the sounds of laughter and the ocean, sipping a cool beverage while butterflies dance around you is truly a memory of a lifetime!

Views from one of the many decks .. three stories and comfortably sleeps 12 .. heaven!

The last day's sunrise experience. I love to be on the beach when the sun comes up .. the pelicans were having breakfast and the sun was sparking off the water. It was calm, quiet and glorious.

Sure hope I get to go again next year!
